Whether you are a kid or a grown-up, you'll just like it. In hip hop, less time is spent on versatility, as it is not as required to many styles of hip jump being taught in dance workshops. There will certainly still be some stretching going on, but the emphasis will not be on achieving a full split or a high kick. Rather, extending will certainly serve as a general heat up.
